Core Elements Physical Therapy Pilates

Location

Core Elements is located at:

3535 Military Trail (just north of Frederick Small Blvd), Suite 203
Jupiter FL 33458

It can be a little tricky finding us the first time as there’s no indications from the outside of the building that there is a Pilates studio inside (but trust me, it’s worth the hunt). We’re located within the Admiral’s Professional Center, a 2-story yellow and peach building at the far end of the Admiral’s Crossing Plaza (where Berry Fresh Cafe and Sprouts Market are located).

Park anywhere in the lot in the front of the building. Enter the building through the main sliding glass door and take the elevator up to the second floor. Turn left out of the elevator. We’re located about halfway down the hallway on the left hand side.

CANCELATION POLICY

Things happen.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session/class via e-mail, text or phone call. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled session, you will be charged the full amount of the missed session. No exceptions.

SESSION LENGTH

All sessions are 50 minutes in length.

FIRST SESSION

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first session to allow time to fill out a waiver and health history form as well as to discuss your goals and any injuries, tightness or imbalances you are working with.

WHAT TO WEAR
Comfortable, stretchy, fitted clothing works best, allowing for a full range of movement while staying in place and avoiding unintended exposure.

Pilates is typically done barefoot to provide to provide traction on the mat & machines and to work the muscles of the feet and ankles.  If you prefer to wear socks, several brands, such as ToeSox, Tucketts or SHASHI, offer options with added grip on the soles to prevent sliding.

LATE ARRIVAL

Sessions will end on time even if you arrive late.  If I arrive late, those extra minutes will be added on to the end or to a future session.

PAYMENT

Credit card payments are preferred. We also accept checks and cash.
