Two options to get you stronger, leaner and more confident in your body this May
Designed for those who are new to Pilates, working with injury or just getting back to their practice. Starts Tuesday, May 2nd.
Designed for intermediate Pilates students who are ready to learn how to safely and effectively incorporate the more advanced Pilates movements into their practice. Starts Friday, May 5th.

JUST GETTING STARTED?
This class is beginner-friendly and slower paced. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries.
Fridays 5:30 - 6:30pm @ Zeal Yoga
With a focus on restful poses and releasing tension in commonly tight areas such as the shoulders, chest, back, hips and hamstrings, this class will help you to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind & rejuvenate the body. Expect gentle stretches, strengthening poses with longer holds, and a luxurious restorative Savasana to wash away the cares of the week.
