Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a form of deep meditation designed to induce full-body relaxation and renewal – think of it as an uber Savasana.
Consisting of a guided meditation while you rest in a reclined and supported position, Yoga Nidra completely relaxes the mind and body, inviting you to release layers of tension and find rest, stillness and internal clarity in the busyness of modern life.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary, only a desire to relax and unwind. This class is accessible and open to all ages and ability levels.
