Private sessions are a special treat you give yourself. This isn't just another workout. This is about you. Your body. Your needs. Your goals. Together, we'll track the mysteries of your body to bring healing and new life to injuries, length and space to chronically tight areas and bust through limitations (perceived and real) to get you where you want (and deep down you know you can) be.

Lisa is the most thoughtful, competent and down to earth instructor I have ever meet. As a 47 year old male with no previous experience, I was nervous to try yoga but, after some challenging heath issues, I knew I had to make a change and somehow I felt yoga could help. Private sessions are highly recommend for students new to the Pilates equipment in order to build strength, confidence and familiarity with the repertoire before taking group classes. These personalized introductory sessions will cover the fundamentals of Pilates techniques and alignment as well as modifications for working with pain, tension, injuries or muscular imbalances.

One-on-One sessions are great for beginners to build confidence and for students of all levels to develop and deepen their practice, work on a particular pose or sequence, learn modifications for injuries, or get inspiration for a home practice.

All private sessions (Pilates or yoga) are 60 minutes unless otherwise requested.
Things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session via e-mail or phone call. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled session, you will be charged the full amount of the missed session. No exceptions.
EXPIRATION & REFUNDS
All packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. No refunds or extensions are allowed for private or duo session packages.
Payment is required before the start of our first session, either by credit card or Pay Pal in advance or cash or check at the studio.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first session to allow time to fill out a waiver and health history form as well as to discuss your goals and any injuries, tightness or imbalances you are working with.
Sessions will end on time even if you arrive late. If I arrive late, those extra minutes will be added on to the end or to a future session.
