PRIVATE OR DUO PILATES & YOGA SESSIONS
In a one-on-one setting, each session is designed to meet your particular needs and goals - OR - grab a friend and work out together. These sessions are particularly great if you're just starting up or getting back into your practice, healing an injury or don't feel comfortable in a group class.
Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise requested.

Private sessions are highly recommend for students new to the Pilates equipment in order to build strength, confidence and familiarity with the repertoire before taking group classes (at least 3 private sessions are recommended before joining a group class). These personalized introductory sessions will cover the fundamentals of Pilates techniques and alignment as well as modifications for working with pain, tension, injuries or muscular imbalances.

One-on-One sessions are great for beginners to build confidence and for students of all levels to develop and deepen their practice, work on a particular pose or sequence, learn modifications for injuries, or get inspiration for a home practice.

Things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session via e-mail or phone call.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled session, you will be charged the full amount of the missed session. No exceptions.
EXPIRATION & REFUNDS
All packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
No refunds, extensions or transfers will be allowed for private or duo session packages.
Payment is required before the start of our first session, either by credit card or Pay Pal in advance or cash or check at the studio.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first session to allow time to fill out a waiver and health history form as well as to discuss your goals and any injuries, tightness or imbalances you are working with.
Sessions will end on time even if you arrive late. If I arrive late, those extra minutes will be added on to the end or to a future session.
