I am 55 years old and have never really done yoga before with any consistency nor willingness of spirit. I always felt you had to be young, skinny, and fit to participate. Then I attended my first class with Lisa. I was impressed by her ability to reach not only me but others and her willingness to be vulnerable helped me to be present without judging myself as to what I could do or not do. Whether modifying poses, explaining breath work, to taking up space and living large, she makes the class challenging yet fun. I feel encouraged, supported, pushed and accepted exactly where I am.
