Build and strengthen your yoga practice in a safe learning environment designed for beginning and intermediate students!
This 4-week series will grow your understanding of yoga language, principles, basic moves, sequencing, and postures. Learn how to tailor each pose to work best for you and prepare your body safely for standing poses, Sun Salutations, backbends, inversions and more!
Individual modifications, feedback and hands-on assistance will be given to help you work with any injuries.
Bring a water bottle, notebook, pen and any questions. The room will be gently heated so that you can stretch your muscles safely and comfortably.
