About Lisa Day:
Known for her warm smile and positive energy, Lisa Day’s classes are empowering, fun, and accessible to students of all levels. Trained as a Forrest Yoga teacher by Ana Forrest, Lisa additionally draws from years of working with joint issues and injuries to design classes that create ease and space in the joints and release tension in both the mind and body. Bringing a genuine desire to share the practice that continues to relieve the pain of her own injuries and limiting self-beliefs; Lisa is patient and deeply supportive of her students, meeting them wherever they are and adapting the practice as needed for each individual’s body. Committed to continuously learning and evolving, Lisa is additionally a Pilates Teacher, Level 2 Reiki practitioner and is training in Craniosacral Therapy.
About Jennifer Baez:
A spiritual awakening in 2006 led Jennifer to discover yoga. Impressed by how much lighter she felt at the end of class than she had felt when she walked in, she decided to delve deeper into the study of yoga. Jennifer realized that yoga is a lifestyle that brings balance and provides many tools to help us rise above the obstacles we are faced with in everyday life. In 2013, Jennifer received her 200RYT from So-Yoga in Miami, FL. In 2016 she studied Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson-Lasater through her Relax and Renew Level I training in Lisle, IL. Jennifer's commitment to growth and healing has led her to complement her studies by participating in various workshops and trainings in other healing disciplines, including Reiki and Sound Healing. Jennifer is a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance.
