The Reformer is a spring-loaded, resistance-training apparatus that allows for full range of motion with a smooth-gliding carriage. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body, and develop improved balance, muscle tone and alignment, ease of motion and bone density. You will leave your Reformer Class feeling spacious and comfortable in your joints, and refreshed and energized in every cell of your being!

Awaken your whole body with functional movement principles to support healing your injuries, melting tension and enlivening your core! Designed as a full body workout, you'll utilize the spring resistance of the Reformer, Tower & Chair to target the legs, arms, back, and core. Various small props and the jump board may also be incorporated along with variations and modification for beginners up to those with advance abilities. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, taller and more self-confident!
Core & Restore
Release tension, increase flexibility and lengthen and strengthen your body in this rejuvenating fusion of yoga with core strengthening exercises. Combining the breath work, mindfulness and flowing movements of yoga with exercises targeting the core muscles, strengthening poses with longer holds, delicious stretches and ending with a restful Savasana, this class will leave you feeling centered and deeply refreshed.
Beginner-friendly. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries. Modifications, options and alignment cues are offered for all levels of practitioners.
Practice at a slower pace and learn how to use your yoga for healing. Expect gentle stretches, strengthening poses with longer holds, and a luxurious restorative Savasana to wash away the cares of the week. With a focus on restful poses and releasing tension in commonly tight areas such as the shoulders, chest, back, hips and hamstrings, this class will help you to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind & rejuvenate the body.
This class is beginner-friendly. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries. Modifications, options and alignment cues are offered for all levels of practitioners. The room is gently heated to allow the body to move in an easeful, pain-free way.

Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a form of deep meditation designed to induce full-body relaxation and renewal – think of it as an uber Savasana. Consisting of a guided meditation while you rest in a reclined and supported position, Yoga Nidra completely relaxes the mind and body, inviting you to release layers of tension and find rest, stillness and internal clarity in the busyness of modern life.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary, only a desire to relax and unwind. This class is accessible and open to all ages and ability levels.

A nourishing practice of gentle poses supported by the use of props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks, Restorative Yoga offers a peaceful escape and balance to the stress of daily life. The support of the props, paired with long holds in each pose, allows the body to surrender into the postures, and the mind to calm and quiet, inviting in deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling rested and restored in mind and body.
Beginner-friendly and appropriate for anyone hoping to bring a sense of peace and balance to their busy lives.
