** I will be away from the studio Thursday, February 15th through Tuesday, February 27th. Some wonderful teachers will be subbing for me while I'm out and I look forward to seeing you again starting Wednesday, February 28th.**


PILATES


Tuesday 6-7pm

Reformer

The Reformer is a spring-loaded, resistance-training apparatus that allows for full range of motion with a smooth-gliding carriage. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body, and develop improved balance, muscle tone and alignment, ease of motion and bone density. You will leave your Reformer Class feeling spacious and comfortable in your joints, and refreshed and energized in every cell of your being!


Friday 8:30-9:30am, 9:45-10:45am, 11-12pm

Pilates Mixed Apparatus

Labarre Pilates, 205 Seaview Avenue, Palm Beach, FL 33480

Designed as a full body workout, the various weight resistance of the Tower & Reformer spring system targets the legs, arms, back, and core.  Various small props and the jump board are also incorporated along with variations and modification for beginners up to those with advance abilities.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, taller and more self-confident!


YOGA

Core & Restore: Yoga Fusion

Release tension, increase flexibility and lengthen and strengthen your body in this rejuvenating fusion of yoga with core strengthening exercises. 
Combining the breath work, mindfulness and flowing movements of yoga with exercises targeting the core muscles - including the abdominals, back, inner/outer thighs and glutes, delicious stretches and ending with a restful Savasana, this class will leave you feeling centered and deeply refreshed. 

Beginner-friendly. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries. Modifications, options and alignment cues are offered for all levels of practitioners. Class is not heated.

Candlelight Yoga

Practice at a slower pace and learn how to use your yoga for healing. Expect gentle stretches, strengthening poses with longer holds, and a luxurious restorative Savasana to wash away the cares of the week. With a focus on restful poses and releasing tension in commonly tight areas such as the shoulders, chest, back, hips and hamstrings, this class will help you to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind & rejuvenate the body.

This class is beginner-friendly. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries. Modifications, options and alignment cues are offered for all levels of practitioners. The room is gently heated to allow the body to move in an easeful, pain-free way.
