Reformer

The Reformer is a spring-loaded, resistance-training apparatus that allows for full range of motion with a smooth-gliding carriage. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body, and develop improved balance, muscle tone and alignment, ease of motion and bone density. You will leave your Reformer Class feeling spacious and comfortable in your joints, and refreshed and energized in every cell of your being!


Mixed Apparatus

In these fun and focused classes, awaken your whole body with functional movement principles to support healing your injuries, melting tension and enlivening your core! You’ll experience the gifts of the Tower — exercises that promote movement re-patterning for a supple spine and intelligent core and the benefits of the Reformer & Chair— moves to strengthen your arms, shoulders, hips, legs and feet. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, taller and more self-confident!

Candlelight Forrest Yoga

Practice at a slower pace and learn how to use your yoga for healing. Expect gentle stretches, strengthening poses with longer holds, and a luxurious restorative Savasana to wash away the cares of the week. With a focus on restful poses and releasing tension in commonly tight areas such as the shoulders, chest, back, hips and hamstrings, this class will help you to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind & rejuvenate the body.

This class is beginner-friendly. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries. Modifications, options and alignment cues are offered for all levels of practitioners. The room is gently heated to 75 to 80 degrees to allow the body to move in an easeful, pain-free way.

Designed for the beginning and intermediate student with up-level postures given for more advanced yogis. This class will help you experience the many benefits of Forrest Yoga: building core strength, stretching and strengthening your muscles and creating space in your joints so you can walk through your life with more grace and ease. Classes include seated postures, abdominal exercises and sun salutations to heat and prepare the body to move safely through standing sequences, building towards a peak pose and ending with a restful Savasana.  Breath work and the setting of an intent are used to quiet and focus the mind throughout the practice.

Forrest Yoga Inspired Vinyasa

Combining the intelligent sequencing, core work, longer pose holds and unique movements of Forrest yoga with the flow of Vinyasa, this class is designed to release tension, build strength and deepen the connection between the mind, body and spirit. Classes include seated postures, abdominal exercises and sun salutations to heat and prepare the body to move safely through standing sequences, building towards a peak pose and ending with a restful Savasana.  Breath work and the setting of an intent are used to quiet and focus the mind throughout the practice.
